Generally recommended for ages 6 and up—but as with everything, it depends on the child. Some 5-year-olds can already put puzzles together like little pros, while some 7-year-olds still need a little help. The great thing is: Our wooden puzzles are sturdier than cardboard (so they can withstand little hands), the unique shapes of the pieces make puzzling more exciting than monotonous cardboard pieces, and the small figurine pieces (animals, stars) generate real enthusiasm. It’s most fun when done together.

Absolutely. All of our children’s puzzles are made from high-quality, safe plywood with no sharp edges. The pieces are large enough for little hands and sturdy enough for enthusiastic young puzzlers (even if they happen to drop them on the floor). All materials are tested and safe. Nevertheless, we recommend adult supervision for children under 6—firstly because of small parts, and secondly because puzzling together is the best part anyway.

Animals, fantasy worlds, colorful scenes—everything that makes children’s eyes light up. Our designs are colorful, kid-friendly, and above all: exciting enough that kids want to tackle the next puzzle right after finishing the first one. No “I’ve seen this before” effect. Many parents tell us that their kids sit focused on the puzzle for two hours—without a tablet. For most families, that’s worth its weight in gold.

For your child’s first puzzle experiences, we recommend 50–100 pieces—that’s 30–60 minutes of puzzle fun, enough time to feel a real sense of accomplishment but not so long that their concentration wanes. If your child already has some puzzle experience, you can try 150–200 pieces. Our tip: Start small and work your way up—the moment your child proudly says, “I did it all by myself!” is priceless.

A wonderful gift—especially in times when children often spend more time on their tablets than doing things with their hands. A wooden puzzle is a gift that teaches patience, gives a sense of accomplishment, and promotes concentration without feeling like "learning." The packaging is high-quality, and we can add gift wrapping upon request. This is the kind of gift that makes parents say afterward, “Thank you, that was really thoughtful.”

Offline moments for little explorers

Between tablets, tablets, and even more tablets: Today’s children often look for things they can touch, do themselves, and take pride in. Our wooden puzzles are exactly that. No app, no loading time, no “just one more minute”—just pieces, hands, and a design that takes shape piece by piece. The moment a child looks at their finished puzzle and says, “I made that!” is pure magic.

Quality that can withstand children's hands

Wood is more forgiving than you might think and can even withstand a child’s hand squeezing a piece too hard or dropping it. Our pieces are thicker than cardboard, the colors stay bright even after the 20th time the puzzle is put together, and there are no sharp edges. These are toys that don’t break after a week—instead, in some families, they’re brought out again and again for years to come.

Puzzle time is family time

Many parents tell us that doing puzzles together has become a ritual—Sunday afternoons, a puzzle on the table, no one on their phones, real conversations. The puzzle pieces (little animals, flowers, stars) are especially exciting for children because they’re constantly discovering something new as they put the puzzle together. And when the puzzle is finished? Frame it and hang it in the kids’ room—your child now has their very first piece of art.
