Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

We ship from Berlin. You can see how long delivery to your country will take at the top of this page and in your shopping cart. As soon as the order deadline for Christmas Eve is set, you’ll also find it at the top of this page.

Can I have my gift wrapped?

We don't wrap gifts ourselves, but we make it easy for you: Our cotton gift bag comes flat-folded with your order. Just slip your item inside, tie the drawstring, and you're done. We'll suggest the right size for your item in your shopping cart.

What if they don't like the gift?

No problem: You have a 100-day return policy. That way, you can buy gifts early in the fall without having to commit just yet.

It's too late to ship it—what should I do now?

In that case, our gift card is the perfect solution. It's sent via email—you can forward it right away or print it out—and the recipient can choose their own model.

Do models with lights come with batteries?

No, batteries are not included with any of our models. It's best to pick some up right away so it will light up immediately on Christmas Eve.
