Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of the Contract, Options for Correction

The purchase agreement is entered into with MagicGroup GmbH, Friedrichstraße 15, 70174 Stuttgart, Germany, registered in the Commercial Register of the Stuttgart Local Court under HRB 782859, represented by Managing Director Lars Leenen.

By placing the products in the online shop, we are making a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

3. Language of the Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

The language available for entering into the contract is German.

We store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login area.

4. Terms of Delivery

Shipping costs may be added to the product prices listed. You can find more detailed information about any shipping costs that may apply in the offers and on the shipping costs page.

Delivery to Switzerland via MeinEinkauf

For deliveries to Switzerland, the sales contract is concluded with MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 VAT). MeinEinkauf AG also handles customs clearance, invoicing, and delivery within Switzerland. This service is included in the purchase price and any applicable shipping costs. To ensure smooth delivery to Switzerland, we would like to point out—for the sake of transparency—that MeinEinkauf GmbH in Konstanz, Germany (DE285677365) is also part of the supply chain. This does not result in any additional costs for the buyer.

5. Payment

The payment methods available to you in each specific case will be displayed during the ordering process. We generally offer the following payment methods:

Prepayment
If you select prepayment as your payment method, we will send you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.


credit card You provide your credit card details when you place your order. Once you have been verified as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.

Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must be registered with Apple, have enabled the Apple Pay feature, authenticate yourself using your login credentials, and confirm the payment authorization. The payment transaction is processed immediately after the order is placed.

Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with Google, have enabled the Google Pay feature, authenticate yourself using your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed immediately after the order is placed.

PayPal, PayPal Express
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online payment provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal or register first, verify your identity using your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing your order in the store, we instruct PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. PayPal automatically processes the payment transaction immediately thereafter.

Credit Card via PayPal
If you have selected "Credit Card via PayPal" as your payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. The payment transaction will be processed by your credit card company immediately after you confirm the payment instruction and verify your identity as the legitimate cardholder, at PayPal's request, and your card will be charged.

Direct Debit via PayPal
If you have selected the "Direct Debit via PayPal" payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. By confirming the payment instruction, you authorize PayPal to debit your account. PayPal will notify you of the date the account will be debited (known as “prenotification”). Upon submission of the direct debit authorization immediately after confirming the payment instruction, PayPal instructs its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is processed, and your account is debited.

Invoice via PayPal
If you have selected the “Invoice via PayPal” payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. After your address and creditworthiness have been successfully verified and you have submitted your order, we will assign our claim to PayPal. In this case, you may only make payment to PayPal with debt-discharging effect. In addition to our Terms and Conditions, PayPal’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to payment processing via PayPal. Klarna Payment Methods (Instant Bank Transfer, Invoice, Installment Purchase)
In partnership with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you various payment methods. You can see which ones are available to you during the checkout process. Payment is always made to Klarna. When purchasing on account with Klarna, you will always receive the merchandise first; the payment term is 14 days. Amazon Pay
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online retailer Amazon. To complete the ordering process through Amazon and pay the invoice amount, you must be registered with Amazon or first register and authenticate yourself using your login credentials. There, you can select the shipping address and payment method stored with Amazon, confirm Amazon’s use of your data, and authorize the payment to us. You will then be redirected back to our online store, where you can complete the ordering process. Immediately after placing your order, we instruct Amazon to initiate the payment transaction.

5a. Coupons & Discount Codes

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes, promotional discounts, and gift vouchers cannot be combined. Only one discount code can be used per order.

We reserve the right to refuse combined redemptions or to correct them retrospectively. As a gesture of goodwill, we may allow a combination in individual cases; however, there is no entitlement to this.

Gift vouchers are considered a means of payment, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Please refer to our withdrawal policy for details, exceptions, and the sample withdrawal form. In addition, and independently of this, we grant you a voluntary contractual right of return for 100 days; the terms and conditions for this are also described in the withdrawal policy.

8. Damage During Shipping

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to report a defect or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance company.

9. Warranties and Guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

10. Product Safety and Manufacturer Information

Information about the manufacturer and the responsible person as defined in Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR) can be found in the respective product description and in our legal notice.

11. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36(1)(2) of the VSBG).
