Do I need glue or tools?
You don't need glue. The parts are laser-cut and snap together; even tape is included. If you prefer to use proper tools when assembling the parts, there's a Starter Kit option that comes with our tool kit.
How big will it be when it's finished?
When assembled, it measures about 11 x 20 x 26 cm. In photos, scenes like this often look bigger, but it actually fits between your books on a standard bookshelf shelf. Just check beforehand to make sure there’s 26 cm of space on your shelf.
Do I need batteries for the light?
Yes, you'll need two AA batteries for the warm LED light; they're not included in the set. You can turn it on with a tap of your finger using the touch switch. It's best to have the batteries ready before you start setting it up.
What are the benefits of dust protection?
