Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.
If you have ordered multiple items as part of a single order that are delivered separately, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you—other than the carrier—took possession of the last item. If an item is delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces, the period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract, to

return or hand over. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which your individual selection or specification is decisive for their manufacture, or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs (Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB)). In our case, this applies in particular to items that we have personalized with an engraving at your request.
Opening the packaging or partially assembling a kit does not result in the loss of your right of withdrawal. You may inspect the merchandise just as you would in a retail store. If the merchandise is used beyond the scope of this inspection, we may demand compensation for the loss in value (see above).

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary contractual right to return the merchandise within 100 days of receipt.
The condition for this is that you return the merchandise in its entirety and have used it only to the extent necessary to assess its condition, characteristics, and functionality. You are responsible for the direct costs of the return shipment. Custom-engraved items are excluded from this voluntary return policy. Please notify us briefly in advance of the return at support@magicholz.de so that we can track it.
This voluntary return policy applies in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights, and does not limit them. Your statutory rights remain in full force.
Note regarding shipments to Switzerland: For shipments to Switzerland, the purchase agreement is entered into with MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen.
