Wall Decor Multicolored Wooden World Maps

Your Journeys on the Wall: The wooden world map from MagicHolz is a wall puzzle made of multiple layers of real wood—available in five colors and three sizes ranging from 100 × 55 to 192 × 105 cm. You assemble it yourself from 114 to 127 laser-cut pieces and hang it up without drilling. Each country is its own piece, with country names and capitals engraved into the wood.

What Makes This World Map Special

• A true layered look. The countries are visibly stacked on top of one another. The map is about 1 cm thick and casts a real shadow on the wall—it’s not a print or a poster.
• Engraved, not printed. Country names and capitals are laser-engraved into the wood. The U.S. is divided into states, and Russia into federal districts.
• Five colors: Choco, Natural Wood, Emerald, Smoky Dreams, and Blue Fantasy—ranging from warm walnut brown to cool blue. The wood grain remains visible in every variant.
• Three sizes: S (100 × 55 cm), M (144 × 79 cm), and L (192 × 105 cm). Measure the available space above your sofa, bed, or desk, and leave a little room on the sides.
• Customizable. The "Natural Wood" version is left in its natural state—you can paint it in your favorite colors using MagicPaints.

Setup: Done in one evening

You cut the pieces out of the pre-cut wooden panels, glue the layers together following the illustrated instructions, and then attach the card to the wall. Glue and double-sided tape are included; you don’t need any additional tools. The instructions are included in German and English, and there’s also an assembly video.

Take your time with the smallest islands—they require a delicate touch. It’s most fun to build them together.

Installation without Drilling

The included double-sided adhesive tape adheres to smooth, clean, and dry surfaces: painted walls, glass, tiles, and smooth wallpaper. It does not adhere reliably to wood-grain wallpaper, textured plaster, or rough surfaces. In those cases, we recommend using extra-strong double-sided mounting tape (such as Tesa or 3M), mounting adhesive—or you can glue the card to a backing board and hang that instead. Detailed instructions are provided in the manual.

Showcase Your Travels

Use the 288 flag pins to mark every country you've visited: metal pins measuring 1.1 × 1.1 cm, individually labeled and sorted, including U.S. states, Canadian provinces, and Australian states. The pins and the 12 MagicFarben acrylic markers are sold separately and fit any map size.
