Introducing the Drift Cobra Racing Car, a beautifully designed two-seater convertible.

Powered by a powerful spring motor, the Ugears Drift Cobra racing car has the fastest gear under the bonnet of any mechanical wooden model we know. The model is wound up with a ratchet knob under the chassis. Before you wind up your 3D wooden model of the Drift Cobra racing car, you have to push the air filter that protrudes from the bonnet towards the windscreen and move the switch in front of the passenger seat to the locked position (parallel to the door). Now turn the ratchet under the body of the car. After 6 to 6.5 turns of the knob, the spring is fully tensioned and - vroom! vroom! - Your racing car is ready to roar! Set the gear lever, which is located between the driver's and passenger's seats, to the desired position (reverse, neutral, drive).

To start the model, set it down on a flat surface, slide the air filter forward and watch your Cobra rubber in a spin-out, make circles or race around the track in a straight line.

To put the model into 'drift mode', turn the front wheels fully sideways, set it down on a smooth surface such as tiles and watch the model swerve sideways (ideally your model should make a half to full turn before continuing, depending on the track and the angle of rotation of the wheels).

If the wheels are straight, the model will travel a long distance - 8 metres or more!

The wooden panels have a reasonable thickness and are tested according to strict quality specifications. However, it may happen that a part breaks. More than needed are supplied for critical parts. If they are not enough, you can always contact us and we will take care of spare parts for you for free.
