Frequently asked questions

If you can't find the answer to your question, please contact our customer service team atmagicholz

You'll receive 1,000 high-quality wooden pieces instead of cardboard. Mixed in among them are 50 special shaped pieces in the form of musical notes, animals, planets, hearts, and plants—shapes that you won't find in a cardboard puzzle. Everything comes in a sturdy, engraved wooden box.

Once assembled, it measures 52 by 38 centimeters, so the longer side is a good half meter long. A standard dining table is big enough for putting the puzzle together. Still, make sure to set aside a little more space than the finished picture will require.

All 1,000 wooden pieces come pre-cut and are assembled without glue or tools. You don't need any prior experience or additional materials. Just unpack and get started.
