Frequently Asked Questions
How difficult is the setup? Can I do it?
The Kirovets is rated Level 4 out of 5 (Tricky). With 596 pieces, it’s a substantial project that you can easily break down into stages. It’s well-suited for anyone who enjoys tinkering.
What special functions does the tractor have?
Rotating wheels and a realistic cab give the model the feel of a real tractor. The moving parts bring the model to life even after it's assembled.
Are there expansion options?
Yes. The matching trailer for the Kirovets K-7M is available separately or as part of a bundle, so you can expand your fleet right away.
Do I need glue or tools?
You don't need glue—the birch wood pieces fit together perfectly. If you'd like, you can secure individual joints for added stability. Handy tips for building: Use a utility knife and a file to cleanly remove the pieces and smooth out tight spots; use the small hammer to gently tap the joints into place so everything fits securely. All three tools are included in our tool set.
How much time should I set aside?
You should expect the tractor to take over 10 hours to build; the finished model measures 36 x 23 x 20 cm. The trailer alone takes about 2 to 5 hours to build and measures 50 x 16 x 18 cm.
What happens if a part is missing or breaks?
No problem: We'll send you replacement parts for free. Our support team is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and responds in about 30 minutes on average.
