What's the difference between this and a cardboard puzzle?
The pieces are made of medium-density fiberboard (MDF) instead of cardboard, and the colors are applied directly to the wood. Each piece is individually designed and has a unique shape, turning the building process into a journey of discovery. The design is from our own brand and is therefore exclusive to us. The wooden pieces are delivered in a fabric pouch inside a premium wooden box.
How big is the puzzle, really?
That depends on the size you choose. The finished M size measures about 24 x 27 cm, the L size about 31 x 35 cm, and the XL size about 41 x 47 cm. To put that in perspective: XL is larger than a DIN A3 sheet, while M is roughly the size of a DIN A4 sheet.
How many pieces are there, what are their sizes, and how long does it take to put the puzzle together?
M has 218 pieces and takes two to five hours to assemble; L has 321 pieces and XL has 553 pieces, so plan on spending five to nine hours on each. The difficulty level increases accordingly: Level 1 of 5 (Beginner) for M, Level 3 (Intermediate) for L, and Level 5 (Masterpiece) for XL. You won’t need glue or tools for any size—all the wooden pieces are ready to assemble.
Can I hang up the finished puzzle?
Yes. With the Puzzle Saver, you can preserve your finished puzzle and display it as a wall decoration. The design is specifically intended for this purpose, so there’s no need to put it back in the box after you’ve completed it.
What if a part is missing or breaks?
The wooden panels are inspected according to strict quality standards, but even so, one might break occasionally. If you need a replacement part, you can request it free of charge through our HelpCenter or the contact form.
