Frequently Asked Questions
Can I do this even though I rarely do crafts?
The set is rated Level 3 out of 5, so it’s suitable for casual hobbyists. With 405 pieces, it’s a larger project, but you’ll work your way through it step by step using the illustrated instructions in German and English. Plan on spending about five to nine hours on it—feel free to spread it out over several evenings.
Do I need to buy any additional glue or tools?
No. This set already includes the tools and adhesive, so you can get started right after unpacking it. You don't need to buy anything beforehand.
How big is the finished diorama?
When assembled, it measures approximately 11 x 18 x 23 cm. It’s compact enough to fit on a standard shelf and large enough to clearly see the details in the lab. Before ordering, quickly check to make sure your shelf has at least 23 cm of space.
How will I receive the Mother's Day card?
The card is digital. After you place your order, you'll automatically receive it by email, so you can print it out or forward it. That way, you don't have to wait for the mail.
Is this a good gift for my mom?
This set is recommended for ages 12 and up and is aimed at anyone who enjoys tinkering and takes the time to pay attention to details. Instead of giving a finished object, you’re giving the gift of a few quiet hours spent at the table. Those who don’t enjoy crafts at all probably won’t get much out of it.
What should I do if a part is missing?
Then contact us, and we'll replace the missing part for free. The item is shipped from Germany, so you won't have to wait weeks for a replacement.
