Mechanical Kit Typewriter – Vintage Typewriter

You're looking for your next DIY project—one that will keep you busy at your workbench for two weeks instead of just two hours.

This typewriter is exactly that. 453 laser-cut wooden parts, 5 to 9 hours of assembly time, each part snapping into the next with millimeter precision: no glue, no screws. When you press a key at the end, the hammer strikes the roller. Mechanics just as they should feel.

For those hours when your phone stays off. For that sense of flow you haven't felt in years.

Mechanics in Detail

• Functional keys with a lever mechanism; each keystroke moves its own hammer
• Rotating roller with clamping mechanism
• Carts with return mechanism, just like the original
• Laser-cut premium plywood, can be assembled without glue
