The set is rated Level 3 out of 5, which means it's suitable for casual hobbyists. You'll assemble the 258 pieces using illustrated step-by-step instructions, and there's also an assembly video. Plan on spending five to nine hours on it—this can easily be spread out over several evenings.

The box contains everything you need for assembly, including the illustrated instructions. The lights run on batteries, so it's best to have them ready beforehand. If you prefer to use real tools during assembly, choose the Starter Kit version, which comes with our tool kit.

When assembled, it measures about 18 x 10 x 25 cm, with the longest side being 25 cm. This means it takes up a little more height than a normal book. Before ordering, check to make sure your shelf has 25 cm of free space.
