Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between this and a cardboard puzzle?
The pieces are made of medium-density fiberboard (MDF) instead of cardboard. The wood is sturdy and really brings out the vibrant colors and delicate details of the design. The design is part of our own brand. The wooden pieces are delivered in a fabric pouch inside a round, premium wooden box.
How big is the mandala, really?
That depends on the size you choose. The mandala is round, and the measurements refer to the diameter: The M size measures 27 cm when finished, the L size 35 cm, and the XL size 47 cm. The XL size thus spans nearly half a meter in each direction, while the M size fits on a small table.
How many pieces are there, what are their sizes, and how long does it take to put the puzzle together?
The M size has 185 pieces and takes two to five hours to assemble; the L size has 281 pieces and the XL size has 509 pieces—you should plan on spending five to nine hours on each. The difficulty levels range from Level 1 of 5 (Beginner) for the M size, to Level 3 (Intermediate) for the L size, to Level 5 (Masterpiece) for the XL size. You won’t need any glue or tools for any of the sizes.
Can I hang up the finished mandala?
Yes. With the PuzzleSaver, you can securely mount your finished mandala and hang it on the wall. That way, the design stays on display permanently instead of disappearing back into the box.
What if a part is missing or breaks?
The wooden panels are inspected according to strict quality standards, but even so, one might break occasionally. If you need a replacement part, you can request it free of charge through our HelpCenter or the contact form.
What does the image show?
The image depicts two hummingbirds facing each other in flight, surrounded by a sea of flowers and the warm glow of a sunset. The motif is richly detailed and comes alive through its colors. As you lay the tiles, a meditative pattern emerges that clears your mind.
