Frequently Asked Questions
Is it possible to set this up even without any experience?
The kit is rated Level 4 (Tricky). Illustrated instructions in German, English, French, and other languages, as well as a build video, will guide you through painting, gluing, sewing, and assembling. Plan on about 10 hours of build time, which you can spread out over several evenings.
Are the paints, glue, and brushes included?
Yes. The set includes the paint, glue, and small tools such as brushes and tweezers. The paint is odorless and can be washed off with water.
How big will the café be when it's finished?
When assembled, the café measures about 23 x 19 x 19 cm. It is designed on a 1:24 scale, so the cups and furniture are 24 times smaller than in a real café. It fits on a standard shelf.
Does the set include lighting?
Yes, an LED light is included as an accessory. It sets the mood in the small café in the evening. It runs on two CR2032 button-cell batteries, which are not included.
Who would this kit make a good gift for?
The recommended age is 16 and older. As a gift for a birthday, Christmas, or Father's Day, it's perfect for people who enjoy coffee, home decor, and quiet crafting sessions.
What should I do if a part breaks?
For particularly critical parts, you'll find replacement parts already included on the mounting plates. If you need a part that isn't listed there, you can request it free of charge through our HelpCenter or the contact form.
