Do I need glue or tools?
No, neither. No glue is needed; the parts just snap together. We sell a model-building tool set separately as an accessory if you have trouble popping the parts out.
How big will the bus be?
When assembled, it measures 19 x 6 x 10 cm, so it’s about as long as a smartphone. It’s smaller than pictures and videos often make it seem, but it fits on any shelf or desk. Its footprint remains compact at 19 x 6 cm.
What if a part breaks when I push it out?
Spare parts are provided on the mounting plates for particularly critical components. If you need a part that isn't listed there, please contact us via our contact form or the HelpCenter, specifying the model and part number. There is no charge for this.
