I'm not very good with my hands. Will I be able to do this?
Yes. We classify the Big Ben as Level 1 (Beginner), which is the easiest level in our lineup. The 220 pieces are precisely cut, and the model can be assembled in under 2 hours. Illustrated instructions in German, English, French, and other languages are included, along with an assembly video.
Does the Night Edition light up?
No. "Night Edition" is the name of the model; lighting is not included in the kit. You'll receive a wooden display model without electronics or moving parts.
Do I need glue or tools?
No, assembly is done without glue. The parts are simply slotted together and hold on their own. We sell a model-building tool set separately as an accessory, but you won't need it for this model.
How tall will the tower be?
When assembled, it is 19 cm tall and has a base measuring 10 x 11 cm. That's significantly smaller than pictures of the original would suggest. It fits on any standard shelf and on any desk.
What if a piece breaks when you squeeze it out?
Spare parts for particularly critical components are already included on the assembly plates. If yours isn't listed, please contact us via our contact form and provide the model and part number. You'll receive the replacement free of charge.
Would this make a good gift?
We recommend it for ages 12 and up. Since it’s classified as a beginner’s model and can be assembled in under 2 hours, it’s also suitable for recipients with no experience in model building. For London fans and anyone who loves architecture, it’s a manageable way to get started.
