How demanding is the structure?
We classify Tower Bridge as Level 3 (Medium), which is the middle level in our product line. With 113 pieces, it’s manageable and can be completed in under 2 hours. Illustrated instructions in German, English, French, and other languages are included, along with an assembly video.
Does the bridge really light up?
Yes. The bridge comes with lights, so individual elements can be illuminated. It does not include any moving parts or mechanical components; it is a stationary model with lights.
Do I need glue or tools?
No, assembly is done without glue; the parts are simply slotted together. We offer a model-building tool set separately in our accessories section, in case you have trouble prying the parts out of the sheets. You won't need it for this model.
How big will the bridge be?
When assembled, it measures 36 x 8 x 12 cm. At 36 cm, it’s wider than a sheet of DIN A4 paper is long, so you’ll need a continuous shelf or a sideboard. A height of 12 cm is sufficient; a closed shelf compartment usually fits.
What if a part breaks when I push it out?
Spare parts are provided on the mounting plates for particularly critical components. If you need a part that isn't listed there, please contact us via our contact form or the HelpCenter, specifying the model and part number. There is no charge for this.
At what age, and for whom?
According to the description, the bridge is designed for both children and adults and is intended as a Christmas or birthday gift. We rate the assembly difficulty as Level 3 (medium), so younger children should build it together with an adult. For London fans, it’s a manageable project for one evening.
