This outstanding model is an Ugears take on the classic carousel, realised in high quality wood, the well known and loved fairground ride is presented with highly detailed design. Here you will find two types of carousel horses that rock up and down as the model rotates. The centrepiece of the model is a centre pole that rotates in the opposite direction to the main platform, making it appear as if the carousel is spinning faster than it actually does, creating the fascinating dynamics of the entire structure. The mast rises above the roof, making it visually more delicate and at the same time giving it more volume. Add small birds hovering over the roof of the carousel along with decorative flying lanterns, and you can smell the aroma of hot dogs and candy floss!

As far as the technical aspects are concerned, the Ugears Carousel is based on the same principle as most self-propelled Ugears models: all the pieces of the puzzle are assembled without glue or additional tools, and the kinetic energy is supplied by a rubber band motor. The carousel has a wind-up key under its base that provides tension for the rubber bands attached to the main axle. The pendulum runs down the axle making the movement of the parts and details smoother.
