Description

The Ocean Exploration Yacht is a prefabricated wooden model by Wood Trick that you can add to your collection. It was inspired by the yacht Calypso, which belonged to the famous Jacques-Yves Cousteau. The ocean explorer and inventor made dozens of films about the underwater world, developed the first scuba tank and contributed significantly to the exploration of the ocean depths.

Features of the Ocean Exploration Yacht model:

All parts are made of eco-friendly wood; therefore, our model is safe for the environment.
The model has a unique hand mechanism that sets the boat in motion. Thanks to the wheels, it can travel 3-4 metres on a flat surface.
We have equipped our model with many nautical elements. For example, special research equipment can be seen on board, because the Calypso is a research vessel. Jacques-Yves Cousteau designed many of his instruments himself, and they were always on his ship.
