What's the difference between this and a cardboard puzzle?
The pieces are made of wood instead of cardboard and are laser-cut, so the edges are clean and smooth. Instead of uniform, standard shapes, you get pieces shaped like plants and animals—each piece is a unique figure. An elegant wooden box is included for storage.
How big is the mandala, really?
That depends on the size you choose. The M size measures 25 x 25 cm when finished, the L size 33 x 33 cm, and the XL size 45 x 45 cm—all three are square. The XL size thus takes up almost half a meter in each direction, while the M size fits on a small table.
How many parts are there, what are their sizes, and how long does it take to assemble them?
The M size has 200 pieces and takes about two to four hours to assemble; the L size has 350 pieces and takes four to six hours; the XL size has 700 pieces and takes six to eight hours. The M and L sizes are rated Level 3 (Intermediate), and the XL size is rated Level 5 (Masterpiece). No glue is needed during assembly—you simply snap the pieces together.
Can the finished puzzle be hung up?
Yes. With the PuzzleSaver, you can glue the completed puzzle together and hang it on the wall as a work of art. The PuzzleSaver is sold separately and is not included with the puzzle.
What if a part is missing or breaks?
An elegant wooden box is included for storage, so no pieces will get lost while you're putting the puzzle together. If a piece does happen to break, you'll find replacement pieces on the assembly boards for particularly critical areas. If you need a piece that isn't included there, you can request it free of charge through our HelpCenter or the contact form.
