What's the difference between this and a cardboard puzzle?
The pieces are made of wood instead of cardboard and are precisely cut using modern laser technology. Instead of uniform, standard shapes, you get pieces in the shapes of animals and figures, with each piece featuring its own design. A wooden box is included for storage.
How big is the mandala, really?
That depends on the size you choose. The M size measures 25 x 25 cm when finished, the L size 33 x 33 cm, and the XL size 45 x 45 cm—all three are square. The XL size thus takes up almost half a meter in each direction, while the M size fits on a small table.
How many parts are there, what are their sizes, and how long does it take to assemble them?
The M set has 200 pieces and takes about two to four hours to assemble; the L set has 350 pieces and takes four to six hours; the XL set has 700 pieces and takes six to eight hours. The difficulty level ranges from Level 1 (Beginner) for the M set, to Level 3 for the L set, to Level 5 (Masterpiece) for the XL set. No glue is needed during assembly—you simply snap the pieces together.
Can I use it as a mural?
Yes. Once the puzzle is complete, you can glue it together using PuzzleSaver and hang it up. That way, your finished puzzle becomes a wall decoration and a decorative piece.
What if a part is missing or breaks?
A wooden box is included for storage, so no pieces will get lost while you're putting the puzzle together. If a piece does break, you'll find replacement pieces on the assembly boards for particularly critical areas. If you need a piece that isn't there, you can request it free of charge through our HelpCenter or the contact form.
