Will I be able to set it up?
This set is rated Level 3 out of 5 and can be built even without much modeling experience. With 176 pieces, it’s manageable, but it still takes about five to nine hours to build because it includes many small decorative elements. Feel free to spread the work out over several evenings.
What kind of batteries do I need?
For the lights, you'll need two 1.5-volt AAA batteries; they are not included in the set. It's best to have them ready before you start setting it up.
How big is it, and will it fit on the shelf?
When assembled, it measures about 20 x 11 x 24 cm; the longest side is 24 cm. It is designed to double as a bookend when placed on a shelf. In photos, scenes like this usually appear larger than they actually are.
Do I need glue?
Craft glue is not included in the set. Regular white glue or craft glue is sufficient for the small decorative pieces. If needed, you can get the appropriate tools with the Starter Kit option.
