Give her some time that’s just for her.

Yes—if you order in time. We ship from our warehouse in Germany, usually on the same or next business day.

How long it takes for your package to arrive after that depends on the country: delivery to Germany is the fastest; to Austria, Belgium, France, and the Netherlands, it takes a little longer; and to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, it takes the longest. You can see the delivery time for your country at checkout and under " Payment & Delivery."

For fixed dates like Mother's Day, it's better to order a few days early than to wait until the last minute. If you're running short on time, just send us a quick note—we'll see what we can do.

Each of our Mother's Day sets includes:

• The hero product (e.g., Book Nook, wooden puzzle, or mechanical kit)
• The right supplies to get started right away—depending on the product, a tool kit, adhesive, adhesive film, or paint
• A digital Mother's Day card with a text box — Your words, our design
• Step-by-step instructions and free replacement parts in case something is missing

You'll find the exact contents of each product—just click on the bundle.

After you place your order, you'll receive the card via email as a PDF. The PDF includes a text box—you can type your personal message directly on your computer, phone, or iPad and then print it out.

You can include the card with the gift, send it along with the package, or simply place it inside the printed version. That way, everything remains in your own words—we just provide the beautiful setting.

No problem. Just send us a quick message with a photo, and we 'll send you the missing or damaged parts free of charge. That's part of our service—not just for the first few weeks, but for the long term.

Our customer support team typically responds within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

All of our Mother's Day kits are suitable for ages 14 and up. No prior experience is necessary—our instructions are illustrated and broken down step by step.

Each product lists its difficulty level (easy / medium / advanced) as well as the approximate assembly time. This way, you can choose exactly the right kit for Mom—whether she’d rather see a beautiful result in an hour or spend several evenings immersed in the project.

You have 100 days to return your order —no questions asked. If the set doesn't arrive, simply send it back unopened and undamaged, and we'll refund the full purchase price.

We know that giving gifts is always a bit of a gamble. That’s exactly why we offer this return policy—so you don’t have to take any risks when you want to give someone a special gift.

Sure. You can enter a different shipping address at checkout. The package arrives discreetly (with no invoice amount visible on the outside of the box) and is ready to give as a gift—so all Mom has to do is unwrap it.
