I'm not a DIYer. Will I be able to fix the carriage?
Yes. We classify it as Level 1 for beginners in crafting—that’s the easiest level in our lineup. The 182 parts are laser-cut and pre-assembled, and illustrated instructions in German, English, French, and other languages guide you step by step through the assembly process. Plan on spending 2 to 5 hours on this project.
Is something moving on the carriage?
Yes, the wheels move. So you can roll and push the carriage—it doesn't just sit there. The model doesn't have a motor, electronics, or lights.
Do I need glue or tools?
Glue is not included with the kit; the parts are pre-assembled and snap together. If you have trouble popping the parts out of the sheets or want to smooth the edges, we offer a model-building tool set in our accessories section. We also carry Magic Craft Glue separately.
How big will the carriage be?
When assembled, it measures 12 x 12 x 7 cm, so its base is about the size of a CD case. This means it fits on any shelf, in a display case, or on a desk. It’s not exactly a showpiece.
What if a part breaks when I push it out?
Spare parts are included on the assembly plates for particularly critical components. If yours isn't listed, please contact us via our contact form or the HelpCenter, specifying the model and part number. You'll receive the replacement free of charge.
Is the carriage a good gift, and for what age group?
Our recommended age is 16 and up, but the set itself is classified as a beginner’s model at Level 1. It’s perfect for fans of fairy tales and crafts, and the moving wheels make it more than just a decoration. Expect 2 to 5 hours of building time.
