The high-quality "Cyclist" model kit from Ugears is impressive from the very first glance, as it is based on a sporting trophy with a cyclist doing laps at the top - this brings out the sporting spirit of every competition particularly well. Whether on the desk, in the trophy cabinet or on the office shelf, this unusual model is guaranteed to be a real eye-catcher.
The cyclist offers you these functions
Like all other wooden models from the manufacturer, the cyclist naturally also has a technical interior: A small lever is built into the side of the trophy, which can be used to set the rider in motion on his bike. As soon as the athlete turns his laps, the flywheel, which acts as the main drive element here, collects kinetic energy through its own weight. Once the lever has been activated, you can not only watch the cyclist pedal: the rotating inner workings of the cup, which are made up of many interlocking gears, are also really impressive to look at.
The special feature of this wooden model is a small slot into which a coin or similar flat object can be inserted. This significantly changes the cyclist's momentum. This is an impressive way of showing the different levels of difficulty that a professional cyclist has to take on during his ride towards the finish line.
