Frequently Asked Questions
Is this puzzle suitable for beginners?
Yes. With 500 pieces and a difficulty level of 3, this puzzle offers a pleasant challenge. The different colors of the sky, sea, and beach make for varied and enjoyable puzzle-solving and a steadily growing sense of accomplishment.
What makes this subject so special?
The golden sunset, the gentle sound of the ocean, palm trees, and a fine sandy beach evoke the feeling of a relaxing evening on vacation. With every piece of the puzzle, you bring that special vacation feeling home with you.
Is the puzzle a nice gift idea?
Absolutely. “Sunset by the Sea” makes a great gift for beach lovers, globetrotters, and anyone longing for a creative break and a touch of that vacation vibe.
Is the puzzle made of wood or cardboard?
The pieces are made of medium-density fiberboard (MDF), not cardboard. They are sturdier than cardboard pieces, are less likely to slip when placed, and give the warm color gradients a soft, matte finish. The wooden pieces are delivered in a fabric pouch inside a premium wooden box.
How big will it be when it's finished, and can I hang it up?
Once assembled, the puzzle measures about 22 x 35 cm, so a regular table is all you need. With the Puzzle Saver adhesive sheets from MagicHolz , you can secure the 500 pieces and then hang the design on the wall as a picture.
What if a part is missing or breaks?
Our spare parts service is free: Just tell us which part you need, and we'll send it to you as soon as possible. Support is available weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an average response time of about 30 minutes. Shipped from Berlin · Free shipping on orders of €35 or more.
