What's the difference between this and a cardboard puzzle?
The 200 pieces are made of plywood, not cardboard, so they feel sturdier in your hand. In addition, the back is completely covered with a printed pattern. The materials and craftsmanship are also the reason for the higher price compared to a cardboard puzzle.
How big is the finished puzzle, really?
Once assembled, it measures 34 x 48 centimeters—slightly larger than a sheet of DIN A3 paper. You’ll need a table where you can leave it while assembling it. It’s clearly visible on the wall, but it doesn’t cover the entire wall.
Do I need glue or tools?
No. All the wooden pieces are pre-cut and can be assembled without glue or tools. Just unpack them and get started.
Can I hang up the finished puzzle?
The pieces aren't glued together, so the finished picture is loose. To hang it or frame it, you'll need to secure it first—for example, with adhesive film designed for puzzles. That way, it stays on display instead of ending up back in the box.
What should I do if a part is missing?
Just get in touch with us. You can request the missing part via the “Request Free Replacement Parts” page in the store and the contact form; the process is described in the Help Center. Our team is here to assist you personally.
How challenging is the puzzle?
