I've never put together a wooden puzzle before. Will I be able to assemble the sailing ship?
Yes. We classify it as Level 1 (Beginner), which is the easiest level in our lineup. The 118 parts are precisely laser-cut, and the kit includes illustrated instructions in German, English, French, and other languages, as well as an assembly video. Plan on spending 2 to 5 hours on it.
Can you move anything on a finished ship?
No. The sailboat is a static model with no moving parts and no lights. What you'll receive is a finely detailed model ship that stands on its own once assembled.
Do I need glue or tools?
No, neither. Assembly is done entirely without glue or tools—the parts simply snap together. We offer a model-building tool set separately, in case you'd prefer to have something in your hand while pressing the parts together.
How big will the ship be?
When finished, it measures 20 x 5 x 12 cm, so it is 20 cm long and 12 cm tall. With a base measuring 20 x 5 cm, it is very narrow, so the ship fits on a shelf, a windowsill, or a desk. It is not a model that takes up much space.
What if a part breaks when I push it out?
Spare parts for particularly critical components are already included on the mounting plates. If yours is missing, please use the contact form to let us know the model and part number. We’ll send you the replacement free of charge.
