Frequently Asked Questions
How complicated is the setup?
The box consists of just a few parts and can be assembled in a few minutes. We classify it as Level 1 for beginners in crafts—the easiest level in our lineup. Illustrated instructions in German and English are included.
What exactly do I get?
A wooden gift box that you assemble yourself. You can choose from three designs: small flowers, a delicate ornament, and a rose pattern.
Do I need glue or tools?
No, the parts are assembled without glue. We carry a model-building tool set and Magic Craft Glue separately in our accessories section; you don't need either of them for this kit.
How big is the box, and what fits inside it?
When assembled, it measures 12.8 x 13 x 13 cm. This makes it suitable for smaller gifts such as jewelry, accessories, and other small tokens of appreciation. It is too small for bulky gifts.
What if a part breaks?
Spare parts are provided on the mounting plates for particularly critical components. If you need a part that isn't listed there, please contact us via our contact form or the HelpCenter, specifying the model and part number. There is no charge for this.
Is the box itself a gift?
It is intended as gift packaging for special occasions. Because it is made of wood, it can be kept after unwrapping and won't end up in the recycling bin. We recommend that children 14 years and older assemble it.
