Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of flower will I receive, and can I choose it myself?
Each box contains one of three wooden flowers: a rose, a violet, or a hyacinth. You can't choose which one you'll get—the contents remain a secret until you open the box. That's exactly what this pack is all about.
How big will the finished flower be?
When assembled, it stands about 24 cm tall and has a base measuring approximately 6 x 6 cm. This means it fits on any table, windowsill, or shelf. You don't need a vase—the flower stands on its own.
Who would this gift set be a good gift for?
We recommend this gift for ages 12 and up. The pack is intended as a small token of appreciation, a thank-you gift, or a little something just because. The element of surprise when opening it is part of the gift.
Can I do this even without any experience?
Yes. We classify this kit as Level 1 (Beginner), which is the easiest level in our product line. The flower can be completed in under 2 hours, and no prior experience is required. Illustrated instructions in German and English are included.
Do I need glue or tools?
The package contains the wooden pieces and illustrated instructions in German and English; glue is not included. The pieces are slotted together. We carry a model-building tool set and Magic Craft Glue separately in our accessories section.
What if a part is missing or breaks?
Our spare parts service is free: Just tell us which part you need, and we'll send it to you as soon as possible. Support is available weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an average response time of about 30 minutes. Shipped from Berlin · Free shipping on orders of €35 or more.
Construction & Details
Sometimes you don't need a special occasion to put a smile on someone's face.
