Frequently asked questions

If you can't find the answer to your question, please contact our customer service team atmagicholz

The pieces are made of plywood instead of cardboard, and each of the 1,000 pieces has its own unique shape. Thirty-two of them are special shapes: symbols and figures that you’ll discover little by little as you assemble the puzzle.

Once assembled, it measures about 66 x 38 cm. The width alone is over half a meter—that’s a large size. Make sure to set aside a table with enough space Sort by this piece and room to Sort by 1,000 pieces.

It requires concentration, and that's exactly what makes it so appealing. The irregular shapes present both challenges and moments of triumph. The puzzle is rated Level 5 out of 5 (Puzzle Pro) and takes over ten hours to complete at a leisurely pace.
