Frequently Asked Questions
Is this puzzle suitable for beginners?
Yes. With 500 pieces and a difficulty level of 3, this puzzle offers a nice challenge without being too overwhelming. Thanks to the many colors, lighting effects, and details, the image comes together step by step, making for a relaxing puzzle experience.
What makes this subject so special?
Hidden among ancient trees, vibrant plants, and warm rays of sunlight lies a mysterious forest landscape full of tiny details. With every piece of the puzzle, you’ll discover new elements that bring the scene to life.
Is the puzzle a nice gift idea?
Yes. The Dark Enchanted Forest delights puzzle fans, nature lovers, and anyone who enjoys a creative break. Instead of a run-of-the-mill gift, you’re giving the gift of relaxing hours and a design that will be remembered for a long time.
Is the puzzle made of wood or cardboard?
The pieces are made of medium-density fiberboard (MDF), not cardboard. They are sturdier than cardboard pieces, are less likely to slip out of place when laid out, and make the dark green tones appear rich and calm. The wooden pieces are delivered in a fabric pouch inside a premium wooden box.
How big will it be when it's finished, and can I hang it up?
Once assembled, the puzzle measures about 22 x 35 cm, so a regular table is plenty big enough. With the Puzzle Saver adhesive sheets from MagicHolz , you can secure the 500 pieces and then hang the forest as a picture.
What if a part is missing or breaks?
Our spare parts service is free: Just tell us which part you need, and we'll send it to you as soon as possible. Support is available weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an average response time of about 30 minutes. Shipped from Berlin · Free shipping on orders of €35 or more.
