How long does it take to open the box?
Plan on spending 60 to 90 minutes for the entire adventure—the same for both the Standard Box and the Megabox. How long it actually takes you depends on how quickly you figure out the logical sequence of tasks.
Do I have to assemble the box?
No, it arrives fully assembled. You don't need any glue or tools. You can start on the first puzzle right after unpacking it.
What fits in the secret compartment?
The secret compartment measures 2 x 2 x 4 centimeters; in the Megabox, it measures 4 x 4 x 8 centimeters. This makes it suitable for rolled-up bills, a gift certificate, or a small piece of jewelry. There isn't enough room for larger gifts.
What is the difference between Standard and Megabox?
The Megabox is the same puzzle in a larger format—about 22 x 22 x 23 cm instead of 11 x 11 x 12 cm. The playing time, difficulty, and 116 pieces are the same; only the secret compartment is larger. Both boxes can then be solved again with other players.
What is the story about?
The box is based on Jules Verne's story about Captain Nemo and his submarine, the Nautilus. Shortly before his death, Nemo stows his scientific discoveries and his autobiography in an unsinkable container. That very container is what you'll be holding in your hands as you play.

After the first publication about Captain Nemo and his submarine "Nautilus", which attracted great public attention, Jules Verne publishes the end of the story about the enigmatic captain. Shortly before his death, Nemo says that he will keep all his scientific discoveries and his autobiography in a small unsinkable container: "The last person to leave the Nautilus will throw the container into the sea, and the waves will take it with them and carry it away." Immediately afterwards, the Nautilus is destroyed. Of course, you might think that the whole story comes from Jules Verne's imagination. But in private conversations, he affirmed that all the characters were real people. And we can now prove it! We recently found the "unsinkable container" and now you have it in your hands.
