Frequently Asked Questions
What makes this wooden puzzle different from a cardboard puzzle?
The pieces are made of medium-density fiberboard (MDF) and are sturdy and durable. The design combines vibrant colors with detailed heart and flower patterns. Once assembled, you can hang it up instead of taking it apart again. The wooden pieces are delivered in a fabric pouch inside a round, premium wooden box.
How big is the finished mandala?
That depends on the size you choose. The M size has 207 pieces and measures 27 by 27 centimeters; the L size has 297 pieces and measures 35 by 35 centimeters; the XL size has 490 pieces and measures 47 by 47 centimeters. The outer edge follows the shape of the petals; the XL size is just under half a meter wide.
Do the parts fit together properly?
Every piece of this puzzle is crafted MagicHolz care and precision at MagicHolz . It’s assembled without glue or tools. So you don’t need any additional materials—just a clear space.
Can I hang up the finished mandala?
Yes. With the PuzzleSaver, you can securely fasten the completed mandala and hang it on the wall as a wall hanging. That way, it will remain on display permanently.
What do I do if a part is missing or breaks?
Then you can request a replacement free of charge. Write to us via the contact form or check the Help Center; it describes how to get the part you need.
What size should I choose?
M is rated Level 3 out of 5 (Medium) and takes two to five hours to complete. L is rated Level 4 (Tricky) and takes five to nine hours. With 490 pieces and a Level 5 (Masterpiece) rating, XL is the project for experienced puzzlers and takes over ten hours.
