Frequently Asked Questions
Is this puzzle suitable for beginners?
Yes. With 500 pieces and a difficulty level of 3, this puzzle offers a pleasant challenge. The striking mountain peaks, the tranquil mountain lake, and the colorful alpine meadows make it easy to find your way around and ensure a relaxing and enjoyable puzzling experience.
What makes this subject so special?
The combination of snow-capped mountains, a crystal-clear mountain lake, and blooming alpine meadows conveys the tranquility and vastness of the Alps. With each puzzle piece, a nature scene takes shape, inviting you to take a deep breath and unwind.
Is the puzzle a nice gift idea?
Yes. The Alpine panorama with a mountain lake is a wonderful gift for nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts, and anyone longing for a creative break and a taste of mountain idyll.
Is the puzzle made of wood or cardboard?
The pieces are made of medium-density fiberboard (MDF), not cardboard. They are sturdier than cardboard pieces, are less likely to slip out of place when being laid out, and can be put back together even after many years. The wooden pieces are delivered in a fabric pouch inside a premium wooden box.
How big will it be when it's finished, and can I hang it up?
Once completed, the puzzle measures about 22 x 35 cm, so a regular table is plenty of space. With the Puzzle Saver adhesive sheets from MagicHolz , you can secure the 500 pieces and then hang the mountain scene as a picture.
What if a part is missing or breaks?
Our spare parts service is free: Just tell us which part you need, and we'll send it to you as soon as possible. Support is available weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an average response time of about 30 minutes. Shipped from Berlin · Free shipping on orders of €35 or more.
