Do the parts have to be cut out of the panels?

Buyers don't have to cut out extra panels themselves - we've already done that. Instead, the small components can simply be easily pressed out. If there are any problems, a knife can help to carefully cut into the bars.

What do we recommend for assembly?

To be perfectly prepared for assembling the wooden sets, we recommend the following:

  • Candle (it should be colorless and odorless and can help to lubricate moving parts that rub against each other, the appropriate wax is even included in our puzzles)
     
  • Sandpaper (sometimes supplied and is useful for checking gears for burrs and removing them)

MagicWood tip: We also recommend that the components are pressed out from the direction of the thicker lines. Depending on the set, a pocket knife may also be useful for assembly. In general, however, many puzzles come with all the materials you need, such as stickers, fishing line, rubber bands and toothpicks.

Can children also assemble the models?

Every development is different. For this reason, children can also assemble some sets for adults. However, we offer a practical age classification that serves as a rough guide.

By filtering from six, twelve or 16 years, it is even easier to select the right level of difficulty so that children also get their money's worth.

How long do I have to wait for my parcel?

In Germany, the average delivery time is two to three working days. If it is another country, it can take up to seven days. However, customers are welcome to contact us if a parcel should take longer to arrive.

Which shipping partners are used to send the goods?

We ship our products to Germany, Austria and France with our shipping partner DHL. For Switzerland, we use our shipping partner Swiss Post. Hermes takes care of transportation for all other countries.
