Who can participate?
Anyone 18 years of age or older who resides in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. You don't have to buy anything to participate.
When is the deadline to sign up?
Until 11:59 p.m. on November 11, 2026. After that, we will hold a drawing from among all valid entries.
What's in the box?
That remains a surprise. One thing is certain: The total value is over 200 euros, and everything inside serves the same purpose—to give you a few hours of peace and quiet.
How do I find out if I've won?
We'll contact you by email within a few days after the drawing. Our partner, Trendbox, will handle shipping the box.
Do I have to subscribe to the newsletter?
No. Checking the box is optional and does not affect your chances of winning.
What exactly is " MagicHolz "?
We make wooden kits, wooden puzzles, and book nooks—things you can put together yourself and that make you lose track of time. The wooden flower in your October box is one of our smallest models.
Conditions of participation
1. Organizer
The organizer of the contest is MagicGroup GmbH, Königstraße 5, 70173 Stuttgart (hereinafter “MagicHolz”). The contest is held in cooperation with Trendbox GmbH, Gehringstr. 39, 13088 Berlin. It is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social network.
2. Entry Period
Entries will be accepted from October 1, 2026, through November 11, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.
3. Eligibility to Participate
Eligible to participate are individuals 18 years of age or older who reside in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Employees of MagicGroup GmbH and Trendbox GmbH, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation.
4. Participation
To enter, enter a valid email address on this page and confirm these terms and conditions. Participation is free and not contingent on the purchase of any goods or services. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries using different email addresses, as well as the use of automated processes, will result in disqualification.
5. Profits
Three “Golden Me Time Boxes” will be given away, each with a total value of over 200 euros. The contents consist of products from MagicHolz and Trendbox GmbH and will not be disclosed in detail prior to the drawing. MagicHolz reserves the right to replace individual items with equivalents if they are unavailable. Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize to a third party is not permitted.
6. Selection and Notification of Winners
Winners will be selected at random from among all valid entries after the entry period ends and will be notified by email within seven days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond with a complete shipping address within 14 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Shipping the Prize
Prizes will be shipped by Trendbox GmbH. For this purpose, the winners' names and shipping addresses will be provided to Trendbox GmbH. Shipping is available only within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
8. Data Protection
MagicGroup GmbH is responsible for processing the data collected as part of the sweepstakes. The email address will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the sweepstakes. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. If you win, your name and address will be shared with Trendbox GmbH for the purpose of delivering the prize. The data will be deleted no later than three months after the conclusion of the sweepstakes, unless consent to receive the newsletter has been given separately. Consent to receive the newsletter is voluntary, does not affect your chances of winning, and may be revoked at any time with future effect. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
9. Exclusion
MagicHolz reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions, attempts at manipulation, or the provision of false information. In such cases, prizes may also be revoked retroactively.
10. Early Termination
MagicHolz reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice and without providing a reason, particularly if proper conduct of the contest cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.
11. Legal Remedies
Legal recourse is excluded. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Should any individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
